The flower garden concept of the Republic of Crimea offers a visual representation of the famous phrase by Chilean poet and political figure Pablo Neruda: "Crimea is the medal on the chest of Planet Earth!"

The composition is based on the achievements of the Republic of Crimea as an undeniable example of the strength of spirit, courage, and collective creative labor of the Crimeans and the entire Russian people. Despite international threats, comprehensive sanctions, and transport, energy, water, and food blockades, Crimea has been transformed into a flourishing region. Today, this is more important than ever, as new Russian territories are following in Crimea’s footsteps. Crimea's successes are the most convincing evidence of the correctness and reliability of the chosen path. The flower garden project incorporates elements that symbolize Crimea: a map of the peninsula, sea pebbles, olive trees, roses, essential oil plants, and an amphora.

At the center stands an olive tree, symbolizing peace and resilience. Stones represent the Crimean Mountains. In one corner of the garden, a grapevine is planted, while in another, a block of Crimean limestone with the coat of arms of the Republic of Crimea is installed. An amphora, partially buried in pebbles in the lower right corner, recalls the history of the peninsula, whereas the coins spilled from its mouth symbolize abundance and prosperity.

The color palette of the flower bed features cool pink and purple hues. Two categories of flower-decorative plants are used: native species (mouse-ear, fescue, chives, and feather grass) as well as varieties of essential oil crops bred in Crimea (sage, hyssop, yarrow, thyme).
