Astrakhan region will tell about shipbuilding at the RUSSIA EXPO
Successes and development of the shipbuilding complex will be presented by the Astrakhan region at the International RUSSIA EXPO.
The Astrakhan region is developing domestic ship projects. Among them is a dredger for Rosmorport from the company "Stroyliderplus". It was launched into the water just a few days ago — on October 10, 2023. Also, in May construction of four container ships adapted for the Caspian Sea started, and there is a contract for six additional vessels.
The Akhtubinsk Shipbuilding and Repair Factory is manufacturing a refrigerator-type fishing trawler for operations in the Barents Sea. And a luxury cruise liner "Peter the Great" will be ready for the new tourist season.
It should be reminded that the main feature of the Astrakhan exposition will be a multimedia lotus, one of the petals of which will be dedicated to shipbuilding.
The International RUSSIA EXPO will be held in Moscow at VDNH from November 4, 2023 to April 12, 2024. Each region of the Russian Federation will present its stand, where it will introduce visitors to the key achievements in various industries. Federal authorities, representatives of large corporations, public associations and foreign countries will also take part in the exposition.
