The audiographic collection of fairy tales About our Arkhangelsk Region was presented to guests of the RUSSIA EXPO

The interactive platform About our Arkhangelsk Region: Fairy Tales in Three Dimensions (Reading, Listening, Drawing) was held at the stand of the Arkhangelsk region at the RUSSIA EXPO.

Olga Gusarova and Tatyana Vasenina, employees of the Book Harbor library from Severodvinsk, prepared a costume story for guests, which allowed them to immerse them into the magical atmosphere of the Pomorye dialect and get acquainted with fragments of fairy tales from the collection.

The youngest visitors were able to take part in a mini-play based on the fairy tale Northern Cranberry by M. Soshin, color the illustrations and even taste the cranberries.

In addition, visitors to the stand listened to audio tales, participated in folk games and guessed riddles about the Pomorye speech, trying to understand the character and features of this unique dialect. But the most important thing, as the participants admit, is the feeling of finding themselves in the northern region.

The International RUSSIA EXPO, which was opened in early November at VDNH, brings together the main achievements of the country. All 89 regions, including the Arkhangelsk region, are participating in it. The major exposition project will run until April 12.
