Friendship of Peoples Festival, floral art objects and delicacies from all over the country: interesting things to see on the way to the Museum of Cinema
The Friendship of Peoples Film Festival continues in Pavilion No. 36, on the site of the Museum of Cinema. Special screenings and lectures devoted to cinematography in the evacuation are waiting for the guests. And on the way to the museum you can appreciate the art objects of the flower festival and indulge yourself with tasty treats from the Farmers Fair.
During the Great Patriotic War more than 100 feature films were shot in the Soviet Union, which entered the golden fund of the national cinema. Stanislav Lugovoy, a film historian and employee of the Museum of Cinema, will tell what these pictures are and what amazing stories lie behind their creation. The festival will also feature screenings of Soviet films, including: "Two Fighters", "Nasreddin in Bukhara", "The Prince and the Beggar", "How the Steel Was Tempered" and others. You can see the detailed schedule on the website of the Museum of Cinema. Let us remind you that until July 7, Exposition and the Friendship of Peoples Film Festival can be visited free of charge, by pre-registration.
The trip to the museum from the main entrance or from the Pavilion No. 75 will take about half an hour. But on the way you can see many interesting expositions, as well as admire the architecture of the RUSSIA EXPO and the exhibits of the festival "Future in Flowers". We suggest you to start by going to the pavilion "Smart Finance", take interesting tests, take part in contests and make photos in retro style. The pavilion is located near the Friendship of Peoples fountain, and next to the fountain you can see the art objects of the festival, for example, the famous flower cube or the wall with flowers.
Then we suggest moving straight to the "Space"
pavilion. There you can not only appreciate the exposition "Russian Space:
Creating the Future", but also see the main objects of the flower festival — flowerbeds of the regions. 89 unique works of floral art will tell about the present, past and future of our country.
Moving from the regional expositions to the museum, check out the Farmers Fair. It will delight you with meat and fish products, ice cream with berries and wild fruits, as well as delicious fish and drinks.
