At the "Inventing the Future" Symposium, experts will discuss dialogue between major corporations and new generations
Will future youth be interested in working for large corporations, and how can employers build the most effective model for engaging with prospective workers? These and other questions will be explored by experts at the International Symposium "Inventing the Future" during the panel session "Corporations and Youth: How to Build Communication with Future Generations."
For corporations, young people are not only the future but also potential employees, that is why it essential to focus on communicating with new generations. To ensure that the dialogue between industry specialists and the youth is as effective as possible, given the rapid evolution of social media and messaging platforms, it should take place in various formats and incorporate specific strategies, which participants will discuss.
Experts will consider how youth of the future might perceive corporations and discuss ways to make these companies more appealing for the decades to come.
