Sergei Bezrukov at the RUSSIA EXPO: It will be right to create a branch of the Moscow Gubernsky Theater in Donetsk
Russian
actor Sergei Bezrukov spoke at the RUSSIA EXPO about plans to open a branch of
the Moscow Gubernsky Theater, which he heads as an artistic director, in
Donetsk.
"There
were a lot of young people from Ukraine, from Donbass, who wanted to enroll in
my course. It would have been impossible to recruit such a course in Moscow, so
when I learned that there was a branch of VGIK in Rostov-on-Don, I decided -
why not recruit a course there, so that its basis would be these students. Now
they are already starting to tour, playing in a small Rostov theater, playing
professionally. And they all say unanimously that they will return to their
small homeland to continue working for the local audience. I will support this,
and I suggest making a proposal to create a branch of the Moscow Gubernsky
Theater in Donetsk," said Sergei Bezrukov.
Let us
remind you that the RUSSIA EXPO is hosting the events of the NationalAchievements Forum "Our Culture" on February 15. Minister of Culture
of the Russian Federation Olga Lyubimova in her speech at the plenary session
"On Key Results and Achievements in the Field of Culture" emphasized
the significant results of work in each of the priority areas of the
department.
During the all-Russian survey "What does the Motherland begin with?", people across the country are answering this question in their own way, opening up the innermost corners of their souls.
Souvenir nevalyashkas (traditional Russian roly-poly dolls), are attracting particular attention, with guests choosing them for their harmonious combination of Russian colour and traditional Chinese symbols.
Under the guidance of artisans, each guest made an unusual souvenir that can become either a personal talisman or a gift with a special story.
