Slices of raw octopus and crab meatballs: "Five Seas, Three Oceans" gastronomic festival of Russian port cities

On February 17, the House of Russian Cuisine will host the gastronomic festival of the largest port cities of Russia "Five Seas, Three Oceans" with the support of the Tourist Information Center of Primorye region.
A team of the region's leading chefs will hold masterclasses and tastings of Far Eastern cuisine. The guests will taste sugudai and stroganina (sliced frozen raw meat or fish), not from fish, but from octopus. In addition, a "Far Eastern" salad made of Commander squid and sea cabbage will be presented. And crab and pollock will be used to make dumplings in sour cream sauce.
Primorye ambassadors of Far Eastern gastronomy will cook three soups - Black Sea, Pomor and Primorye, as well as the famous Fleet-style pasta.
The whole gastronomic process of cooking will be accompanied by a musical performance of the Russian Marines VIA. Songs about the Navy, Primorye region, sailors' heroism, family traditions, sea and ships will be performed.
