The National Centre RUSSIA to host the premiere of the film "Reunion of the Heroes of the Special Military Operation"
The premiere screening of Olga Kaledina’s documentary film
"Reunion of the Heroes of the Special Military Operation" will take place
at the National Centre RUSSIA on 16 November at 16:30. The film was created
with the support of the Presidential Fund for Cultural Initiatives.
The film is based on the true story of two servicemen whose
paths crossed at the most critical moment. One of them was wounded and unable
to get out from under mortar fire. The other — despite the risk — made the
decision to help. They are connected by the battle and the act of rescue.
The film crew travelled to the zone of the special military
operation to arrange a unique meeting. The serviceman who had been rescued
dreamt of saying only two words to the man who saved him — "Thank
you". And that meeting took place. Thanks to the project’s support and the
work of the team, what seemed almost impossible became reality — servicemen
from different units were brought together again.
The film reveals not only the details of the evacuation, but
also deeply personal emotions: fear, courage, gratitude and mutual support. It
is a first-person story told with honesty and dignity, without artificial
pathos, yet with profound respect for those carrying out combat tasks.
The project has already resonated strongly among servicemen.
The filmmakers have received dozens of messages from fighters asking for help
in meeting those who once saved their lives.
The concept of the future branch of the National Centre RUSSIA was presented during the Forum "Russian Creative Week — Siberia".
These questions were discussed by participants of the plenary session "Digital Transformation of Regions: Achievements and Challenges".
Once, the trend towards client-centricity was set by business, but in recent years this has also become characteristic of the state.
