You can try dried red salmon and homemade sausages at the Farmers Fair
This week, from May 28 to June 2, brands from the Moscow, Volgograd, Leningrad, and Tula regions will present their products in Pavilion No. 48. Visitors will enjoy the already beloved dried red salmon, spicy sausages made according to Italian recipes, as well as smoked catfish and dried meat.
A participant from the Moscow region under the brand "Fish Yard" brought dried red salmon — an incredibly tasty, dried meat. The process of drying the red salmon is very meticulous, but the result will delight even true gourmets. Moreover, dried fish is very healthy, as all the vitamins are preserved in this method of preparation.
The Volgograd region presented "Homemade Sausages" at the fair. This is an ideal choice for those who want to try real meat sausage, as it was according to the Soviet GOST until 1976. The brand from the Leningrad region, "Era of Taste," will also delight with sausages, more precisely with premium class naturally matured dry-cured delicacies. Salami Felino, Tartufo, and Calabra will be appreciated by lovers of spicy flavors in the Italian manner. And if you want something special, choose Salami Felino Venison — it is a delicious naturally matured dry-cured sausage made from venison.
Once again, the "Culinary Workshop" from the Tula region brought their delicacies to the fair. Most of the assortment consists of "low and slow" dishes cooked on oak wood: classic beef brisket, pork ribs, shank and neck, chicken wings and breast, smoked African sharptooth catfish, dried delicacies made from meat and game, top-grade canned meat, meat preparations, and semi-finished products.
