Yugra is preparing a quest-travel for the RUSSIA EXPO
Introduction to the stand of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area at the International RUSSIA EXPO will be held in the format of a quest "Journey through Yugra".
The region has chosen an unusual concept for its stand — the idea is not just to explore the exposition, but to go on an exciting quest that will appeal to guests regardless of age.
"The design contains accents and stylistics of the four seasons. Autumn — bright colorful patterns of Khanty and Mansi peoples, spring — blue shades symbolizing the confluence of the Ob and Irtysh, summer — green moss, the forest riches of Yugra, winter — white tone symbolizing the white snowy region", — the department of internal policy of Yugra informed.
Lectures, conferences, forums, seminars and presentations are also awaiting guests at the region’s stand. And also a festival of gastronomic traditions of the Autonomous Area, where it will be possible to get acquainted with traditional cuisine and taste national dishes of the indigenous peoples of the North. Cooking master classes will be held for the most curious.
Educational, cultural and business events will be organized for the guests on the Day of Yugra. A meeting with the governor of the region Natalia Komarova will be held as well. Russian professional boxer, WBO world champion Ruslan Provodnikov and Olympic taekwondo champion Maxim Khramtsov will be Yugra’s ambassadors. They will hold events and master classes dedicated to active and healthy lifestyle. Another ambassador is Vera Kondratieva, Goodwill Ambassador of the International Organization of Northern Regions "Northern Forum".
