Whitefish, taimen, sturgeon — rivers and lakes of the Novgorod region have been feeding local residents since ancient times.

At the culinary festival on the Day of the Novgorod Region at the RUSSIA EXPO can taste kulebyaka pie from two species of fish with cream and onion sauce and red caviar that you cooked together with the best chefs of the region.

12:00–13:00. Traditional Valdai baranki bagels by an old recipe. Masterclass from the Zimogorsky House of Culture.

13:00–13:30. Performance of vocal trio Lege Artis

13:30–14:00. Edible biodegradable cups for drinks and food from Drink & Eat. Tasting.

14:30–15:30. Beaver pie — served with broth and soaked lingonberries. Masterclass from the restaurant «Yurievskoe Podvorye» and restaurant «Marusya».

15:30–16:00. Performance by vocal trio Lege Artis

16:00– 17:00. Five-layer kulebyaka of 2 kinds of fish with cream and onion sauce and red caviar. Masterclass from the restaurant «Lyubytino Khutor».
