Vladimir Putin visited the RUSSIA EXPO
Russian President Vladimir Putin has arrived at the International RUSSIA EXPO. A tour has been organized for the head of state.
The Russian leader examines the exposition, accompanied by Natalia Virtuozova, Director General of the ANO «Directorate of the Exhibition of Achievements "Russia"».
The head of state will also take part in the #WeAreTogether Award Ceremony. He will award the winner of the nomination Volunteer of the Year.
The RUSSIA EXPO was opened on the territory of VDNH in Moscow on November 4, 2023 and will last 161 days — until April 12, 2024: from National Unity Day to Cosmonautics Day. The EXPO features 131 expositions, including stands of all 89 subjects of the Russian Federation. The objective of the project is to show all of the country’s outstanding achievements in various fields in a graphic and accessible way for a wide audience.
Modernising existing facilities and launching new production sites are among the key priorities of the Government of the Republic of Karelia.
A pre-premiere screening of the film "Krasavitsa" ("Beauty") was held at the National Centre RUSSIA.
The educational project is aimed at strengthening unity, interethnic harmony, and mutual understanding among the peoples of Russia.
