Guests of the RUSSIA EXPO are invited to a free photo session
Every Tuesday and Thursday a unique excursion is organized at the exposition. In addition to sightseeing, guests will be offered a masterclass in mobile photography and a professional photo shoot. You can sign up for the photo tour absolutely free of charge.
Photographic excursion "VDNH Stories" starts at the Main Entrance to VDNH. Tour guide and photographer Tatyana Taruntaeva will introduce you to the exhibit that meets the guests of the exposition first. This is a large installation "Map of Russia", made in the image of the map, embroidered by hand by Chuvash craftsmen. Taking a beautiful photo against the background of such an object is quite an art.
"It is very important for a photo to "breathe". Don't forget to leave more space at the top, as well as on the sides, but capture just a tiny bit at the bottom. The exception is rainy weather, when the object is reflected in the wet asphalt, then you can actively use the foreground," said the photographer.
Tatiana also explains why it is important to find natural and man-made frames for your photos. After a short lecture, the photographer takes pictures of the guests, helping them to relax and find the right pose.
The tour continues in other pavilions. Participants will have several more photo sessions in different places. Using the fairy-tale "Prirodograd" and the technological "Gallery of Achievements" as the examples the expert explains how to shoot in dark rooms, and some of the most beautiful photos are taken in pavilion D "Our Culture". Here guests can try on a luxurious kokoshnik, become ballerinas or brave travelers.
"It's very comfortable to be photographed by Tatyana, she is a real magician who makes incredible pictures with the help of the simplest props," Anna Tarnovskaya, a participant of the tour, shared her impressions.
The girl said that she came from Vladivostok to visit her relatives and really wanted to see the RUSSIA EXPO. She knew that the exposition was available for everyone, but couldn't imagine that it was also possible to visit the excursion and get a photo session for free.
"I have a birthday coming up and such a wonderful tour and photos is the best gift anyone could wish for," Anna concluded.
The RUSSIA EXPO is open from Tuesday through Sunday, Monday is a technical day. The best time to visit is in the mornings and weekdays, but the exposition is open to everyone on weekends as well. All expositions and events are free of charge.
