The International RUSSIA EXPO opens in Moscow

 89 regions, dozens of major Russian companies and departments are opening their displays and exposition spaces at VDNH on November 4 and 5.

The main achievements of the country are gathered in 131 expositions. Everyone will be able to get in touch with modern science, culture and new technologies of Russia, to see the future of the country through its present and past.

The opening ceremony of the RUSSIA EXPO will begin on November 4 at 10:00 with a massive flash mob held across 10 venues at the same time. The program will continue with an extraordinary performance "1000 First Ones" on the main street stage. The children's choir consisting of thousand singers will perform compositions about all the cities of Russia and its new regions.

At 17:00 a festive theatrical concert for the Day of National Unity is planned. The performance "The Book of Folk Wisdom" will be held featuring Larisa Dolina and other popular performers.

At 20:00 the musical-multimedia show "Portal to the Future" will begin. Visitors will see a unique modern three-dimensional composition about the development of Russia. On the first day, the gastronomic festival "Russia - Territory of Taste" will start, as well as a fair of farm products and winemakers. The Department Store zone will present the best Russian goods, while the clothing brands zone will showcase the latest collections of the country's fashion industry.

Among the unique objects is the "Achievements of Russia" gallery. A futuristic 166-meter tunnel modeled after a collider will tell about the country's main achievements in all spheres. The installation "Living Map of Russia", executed in the style of embroidered cloth with a variety of national patterns, will show the overall greatness of the country and allow you to examine all of its regions in detail.

Cultural depths, scientific achievements, national diversity, economic and technological independence of Russia will be revealed at the marathon "Knowledge.First" of the Russian Society "Knowledge".

The opening program will continue on November 5 with the music festival " Wind Rose", spectacular laser performances by the companies "Power of Light" and "Movement of the First". An evening concert "VK Music" awaits the visitors of the exposition. The most popular artists of the VKontakte social network will perform on the main street stage.

The International RUSSIA EXPO will be open on the territory of VDNH until April 12, 2024. 13 excursion routes and over 500 events are organized for visitors every day. Entrance to the Exposition is free of charge. Registration for some events is required on the official website of the Exposition - www.russia.ru. Opening hours: Tuesday - Thursday: from 10:00 to 21:00, Friday - Sunday: from 10:00 to 22:00. Monday is a day off.
