Meat delicacies, printed gingerbread and fish from Yamal await guests at the Farmers Fair
The RUSSIA
EXPO continues to introduce guests to an amazing palette of flavors from all
over the country. In Pavilion No. 48, from May 14 to 19, the Farmers Fair will
offer duck delicacies, venison and red fish, as well as unique jam from the
high mountains of the Caucasus.
The
cooperative from the Lipetsk region will once again delight with sausages and
meat delicacies. One of the most important advantages of the company is strict
control of products at all stages of production.
Meat
delicacies made of duck meat will be brought to the Fair by participants from
Tatarstan. The products are made only from natural and fresh meat of ducks,
incubated and raised on farms located in ecologically clean areas of the
Republic of Tatarstan. Each product is made in accordance not only with modern
technologies, but also with Halal traditions.
Several
brands from the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area will also present their products.
The guests will be offered delicious fish, venison and jam made of wild berries
harvested in ecologically clean places of Yamal's tundra zone. All production
facilities are small, so you can buy products only at fairs and festivals.
You should
also definitely try jam from the Karachay-Cherkess Republic. All ingredients
are grown and collected in the unique places of Karachay-Cherkessia, such as:
Teberda Biosphere Reserve, world famous resorts Dombai, Teberda, Arkhyz and
Bichysyn plateau. Karachay-Cherkessia ranks first in the world in the number of
long-livers who lived more than 100 years, ahead of such regions as Japan and
Georgia. And one of the secrets of longevity - ecologically clean products -

This time
Nizhny Novgorod and Moscow regions will delight with tasty and colorful
gingerbread. It will be possible to taste gingerbread with various flavors:
from mint and chocolate, to lemon and pepper, as well as to buy souvenir
gingerbread with food printing on the glaze.
