The Republic of North Ossetia is preparing to participate in the International RUSSIA EXPO. The Center for the Development of Folk Arts and Crafts will take part in the exposition.

More than 20 craftsmen from North Ossetia take part in the creation of the exposition. The selection is very strict, it is important that each product presented at the exposition symbolizes the centuries-old history and rich culture of the region.

"Of course, it is great news for me that my works have been selected and I have the opportunity to participate in such a high-profile project", — said ceramic artist Karina Batsoyeva.

Visitors to the North Ossetian stand will see products made of clay and wood, forged souvenirs and household items, as well as jewelry created in the famous technique — chasing, where each drawing has its own deep symbolic meaning.

The International RUSSIA EXPO will be held in Moscow at VDNH from November 4, 2023 to April 12, 2024. Each region of the Russian Federation will present its stand, where it will introduce visitors to the key achievements in various industries. Federal authorities, representatives of large corporations, public associations and foreign countries will also take part in the exposition.
