Unusual dishes and amazing flavor combinations are waiting for guests on January 16 in the House of Russian Cuisine. On this day two regions are invited to celebrate their anniversary — we will celebrate the 90th anniversary of the Sverdlovsk and Chelyabinsk regions.

Sergey Miroshnikov, brand-chef of the Kitchen restaurant from Ekaterinburg and Evgeny Mikhailov, chef of the FortePiano bar from Chelyabinsk will offer masterclasses and tastings accompanied by the Fair (Yarmarka) Creative Association.

Concert by the Ensemble of Russian Folk Instruments of the Sverdlovsk region.

12:15 — 13:00

Masterclass on cooking dishes of the Ural cuisine:

— Ural bagel with whipped pike and caviar.

— Ural bagel stuffed with roe deer and beer sauce.

Concert by the Fair Creative Association, Chelyabinsk region.

Masterclass on cooking dishes of the Ural cuisine:

— Rose buns with cottage cheese and morel mushrooms jam, with red currant snow and herbs.
