Unusual dishes and amazing flavor combinations are waiting for guests on January 16 in the House of Russian Cuisine. On this day two regions are invited to celebrate their anniversary — we will celebrate the 90th anniversary of the Sverdlovsk and Chelyabinsk regions.

Sergey Miroshnikov, brand-chef of the Kitchen restaurant from Ekaterinburg and Evgeny Mikhailov, chef of the FortePiano bar from Chelyabinsk will offer masterclasses and tastings accompanied by the Fair (Yarmarka) Creative Association.
