The National Centre RUSSIA opened in Krasnoyarsk on 15 December 2025.
The symbol of the National Centre RUSSIA in the Krasnoyarsk region is a pair of fish reminiscent of yin and yang, embodying the harmony and abundance of the Yenisei. The Siberian river also defines the signature colour of the branch — a deep blue.
The National Centre RUSSIA is located on the Central Embankment across two buildings with a total area of more than 40,000 sq. m. Its architectural concept has made it possible to create several thematic zones, including the permanent exposition "The Energy of People — The Energy of the Krasnoyarsk Region", which showcases the industrial strength, natural beauty, innovative technologies, and creative economy of the Krasnoyarsk region — one of the strongest regions in the country. The exposition presents the achievements and potential of the region’s leading sectors and enterprises. The route comprises 21 thematic locations.
The National Centre RUSSIA in Krasnoyarsk also features a cultural and business zone, the Department Store RUSSIA offering Russian and local goods, and the Gastronomic Rows. The first floor accommodates nine cinema halls and a cinema lobby.
Krasnoyarsk
has gained a new space for leisure, learning, and discovering the region’s
potential — a place that attracts both residents and visitors.
The energy of people — the energy of the Krasnoyarsk region
This
permanent interactive exposition covers 3,500 sq. m and is built around the
principle of energy circulation: from the "strong" spheres (industry)
to the "living" ones (nature), from the environment to the
individual, and then to the future (education, youth, professions). The region
is presented as a living organism in which every resident generates energy:
wall-mounted light streams ignite as visitors interact with the interactive
zones.
Department Store RUSSIA
The
Department Store RUSSIA, featuring Russian and Siberian brands, presents unique
goods created in our country. Nearby are the Gastronomic Rows, where visitors
can explore traditional and contemporary Siberian cuisine.
Cultural and business zone
The second
floor of the National Centre RUSSIA accommodates a multifunctional hall for 400
people, conference rooms, meeting rooms and spaces for plenary sessions.
FAQ
The creation
of the National Centre RUSSIA was initiated by the President of the Russian
Federation, Vladimir Putin. The corresponding decision is set out in
Presidential Executive Order No. 199-rp dated 1 July 2024. The centre’s main
objectives are to preserve the legacy of the International RUSSIA EXPO and to
present the key achievements of the state, the regions and society.
The
National Centre RUSSIA in the Krasnoyarsk region is an innovative space for
presenting the country’s achievements, fostering public dialogue and generating
ideas for development across all areas. The National Centre RUSSIA in
Krasnoyarsk aims not only to showcase the region’s success, but also to engage

Entry
regulations: For safety reasons, all visitors enter through a security
screening area. Visitors are asked to familiarise themselves with the visitor
regulations in advance.

Visitors to
the National Centre RUSSIA in the Krasnoyarsk region have access to a free car
park on the Dubrovinskogo Street side, as well as paid car parks at the
shopping and entertainment centre and on the Central Embankment.
For the
safety and comfort of all visitors, special rules apply at the National Centre
RUSSIA.
Mandatory
screening: Entry to the centre is via a security checkpoint. Visitors’ personal
belongings are checked using special equipment.
Prohibited
items: Bladed and sharp objects, alcoholic beverages, drinks in containers
larger than 0.5 litres and other items listed in the full regulations are not
allowed on the premises.
Familiarising

six main areas: cultural, educational, business, youth, sightseeing, and
festival. Each of these includes concerts, lectures, forums, contests,
workshops, "The Energy of People — The Energy of the Krasnoyarsk
Region" tour and large-scale celebrations. The programme is complemented
by the permanent Department Store RUSSIA offering Russian goods and the
Gastronomic Rows.
At present, pre-registration is necessary to ensure the comfort and safety of guests, as well as the stable operation of the interactive equipment at the exposition "The Energy of People — The Energy of the Krasnoyarsk Region". This allows us to regulate visitor flow and guarantees that every guest can fully explore the exposition.
Intervals between tours are provided to prepare the route for the new group. This allows our guides to conduct a thorough briefing, and ensures the correct operation of all interactive zones.
A limit of 25 people is set based on the visitor capacity of the exposition route and safety requirements. This is the optimal number for the guide to be able to pay attention to all guests and for each visitor to comfortably use the interactive show pieces.
If you visit without pre-registration, the administrator will try to assist you; however, we cannot guarantee immediate access to the nearest tour. You may be registered for the nearest available time if there are unoccupied places. To avoid disappointment and long waits, we strongly recommend booking your visit in advance via the website.
