"There Is a Result": regional forum with Vladimir Yakushev held at the National Centre RUSSIA in Yugra

The regional forum "There Is a Result" has concluded at the National Centre RUSSIA in Yugra, bringing together more than 400 participants. The programme focused on the outcomes of the implementation of the United Russia party’s people’s programme, the "Development Map of Yugra", and the formulation of proposals for the updated version of the party’s programme 2.0.

"Over the past five years, a tremendous amount of work has been carried out in every municipality. The work continues, and it must be clear to every person. We must be close to people and go through all difficult moments together. The main value today is people’s lives. The decisions being made are primarily aimed at their safety and well-being," said Secretary of the General Council of United Russia Vladimir Yakushev.

The discussion platform brought together deputies of all levels, candidates of the United Russia preliminary voting, representatives of regional and local authorities, as well as residents and public activists from Nyagan, Uray, Khanty-Mansiysk, Yugorsk, Beloyarsky, Berezovsky, Kondinsky, Oktyabrsky, Sovetsky and Khanty-Mansiysky districts.

At the plenary session, Secretary of the General Council of United Russia Vladimir Yakushev, Governor of Yugra and member of the Presidium of the regional political council Ruslan Kukharuk, and Secretary of the Khanty-Mansi regional branch of United Russia and Chairman of the regional Duma Boris Khokhryakov, together with forum participants, discussed the developed projects.

Participants generated concrete initiatives across all areas of the party’s programme — from support for participants in the special military operation and their families, to the modernisation of the healthcare system and comprehensive territorial development.

The main focus of the discussion was on practical actions that change the life of territories and people’s attitudes towards their cities and settlements. The Governor of Yugra emphasised that facilities built in response to citizens’ requests are transforming public perception.

"We can responsibly state today that 80% of the projects launched five years ago have been completed. We see how they have influenced not just urban improvement, but the reset of entire municipalities. People have fallen in love with their territories and proudly say: 'It was here that a facility appeared that became a point of attraction'. We have influenced what matters most — people’s mindset and their pride in their small homeland," Ruslan Kukharuk stressed.

During a tour of the National Centre RUSSIA, Vladimir Yakushev, together with Ruslan Kukharuk, Boris Khokhryakov and forum participants, visited thematic expositions dedicated to the party’s programme and a creative children’s contest.

Participants also joined the large-scale flash mob "Yugra — There Is a Result", initiated by activists of the Young Guard of United Russia.

The programme also included the dispatch of humanitarian cargo to the frontline as part of the traditional campaign "Yugra — to the Defenders of the Fatherland". Earlier, participants of the "There Is a Result" forums in Surgut and Nizhnevartovsk had already sent more than 40 tonnes of aid to frontline zones and border regions.
