The "Gastrobotany" festival, part of the All-Russian Festival "Future in Flowers", continues at the House of Russian Cuisine. On Sunday, June 30, guests can look forward to a masterclass in Buryat cuisine and the competition "Donut or Pyshka?"

15:30 – 16:30 PM BIRD CHERRY AND SAGAAN-DALI Republic of Buryatia

A masterclass on preparing the Buryat bird cherry dessert "Kholiso" and a tasting of "Sagaan-Dali" tea (or Rhododendron adamsii). Ayur Banzaraktsaev, chef of the Buryat cuisine restaurant chain "Horde", Ulan-Ude.

17:00 – 18:00 COMPETITION "DONUT or PYSHKA?"

The age-old debate about the difference between the Moscow donut and the "Leningrad" (now St. Petersburg) pyshka will be resolved by the masters from the Moscow donut shop "Donuts VDNH" and the chefs from the St. Petersburg corner "Murmanchane". Co-host will be Svetlana Pugacheva, a dietitian from the House of Russian Cuisine. Various toppings and tea made from northern herbs will be offered with the donuts and pyshkas.
