To mark the International Soup Day, the House of Russian Cuisine will organize an introduction to the soup traditions of the country's regions. In Russia, first courses are part of the cultural code, the basis of culinary traditions. Almost all peoples of our multinational country love soup and have their own traditions of its preparation.
