Cypriot halloumi, pine nut pesto and classic stracciatella: a cheese feast awaits guests at the Farmers Fair
At the RUSSIA EXPO, you can always enjoy delicious food and
purchase natural products from producers all over the country. From June 4 to

Moscow and the Moscow region, as well as from the Belgorod, Bryansk, Nizhny
Novgorod, and Sverdlovsk regions. Additionally, the fair offers sweets, meat
and fish.
Craft goat, cow, and sheep cheeses, as well as unique cheese
desserts and candies with Belgian chocolate, will again be available from the
Moscow participant under the brand "Cheesemaker Sukharnikov". Guests
have also come to love the pesto sauce made from two types of nuts: pine nuts
and cashews, with the addition of two hard cheeses and Ghee butter.
The Belgorod region brings back the "Borisovsky
Cheese" brand. These are artisanal cheeses made from cow and goat milk
with a natural cheese rind, aged in natural cellars of the cheese factory and
in the chalk cellars of the Holkovsky Holy Trinity Monastery. Guests appreciate
this product for its high quality and classic natural taste.
Another participant from the Belgorod region is the cheese
factory "From Cheese to Wine", which produces seven types of cheeses
using Italian technology. To master this complex art, the workers trained under
a renowned cheesemaker from Italy. They now produce exemplary mozzarella,
burrata, stracciatella, ricotta, scamorza, stracchino, and caciotta.
A participant from the Bryansk region under the brand
"Ranital" produces cheeses according to the classic recipes of
artisanal cheese-making from various countries: Holland, Italy, France,
England, Greece and Georgia. "Ranital" cheeses have been awarded the
prestigious "Best Cheese of Russia" awards.
The participant from the Nizhny Novgorod region under the
brand "Family Cheese Factory Creamy Streat" offers semi-hard cheeses
made from cow, goat and mixed milk with various aging levels and additives:
fenugreek, Provencal herbs, chili pepper flakes, as well as grill cheeses and a
very spicy hard cheese coated with black pepper, pink Himalayan salt and
garlic.
Sverdlovsk's "Kind Farm" is located in an
ecologically clean area and proudly boasts a herd of 500 Saanen goats! Thanks
to their milk, the cheese is exceptionally tasty and healthy, and the unique
recipes and variety cater to every taste, always delighting customers. You can
