The Baltic Cuisine Day awaits guests of the RUSSIA EXPO on January 31. Chefs from Kaliningrad will introduce guests to unusual dishes that can be tasted only in the House of Russian Cuisine. Masterclasses and tastings will be accompanied by the Kaliningrad Symphony Orchestra.

12:30 - 13:30

• Vishtynets vendace with multilayer bread of 7 grains

• Oven goat with wild wheat and yogurt

• Cheesecake with burdock root biscuit.

Presented by Akhmed Ohunov, chef of "Balt" restaurant, Kaliningrad.

14:00 - 16:00

First Vice-Rector of Kaliningrad State Technical University Oksana Ogiy and Maxim Tkachev, restaurateur, author of the idea and organizer of the Baltic Cuisine Festival will tell the guests about the peculiarities of the Baltic cuisine.

16:00 - 17:00

• Baltic eel with homemade cheese and Borodino bread crumbs.

• Venison from Mushkino with parsnips and spicy red wine sauce.

• Smoked duck with pear and blueberry sauce.

Vyacheslav Vyunik, chef of the "Oblaka" ("Clouds") restaurant, Kaliningrad, will present the program.
