The Baltic
Cuisine Day awaits guests of the RUSSIA EXPO on January 31. Chefs from Kaliningrad
will introduce guests to unusual dishes that can be tasted only in the House of
Russian Cuisine. Masterclasses and tastings will be accompanied by the
Kaliningrad Symphony Orchestra.

and Maxim Tkachev, restaurateur, author of the idea and organizer of the Baltic
Cuisine Festival will tell the guests about the peculiarities of the Baltic
cuisine.

A maintenance break is scheduled at the National Centre RUSSIA on 31 August, the final day of summer.
