The Tver region has prepared a real feast of taste for gourmets with musical accompaniment from the collective TakTy and a masterclass on New Year’s table setting.

12:00 — 16:00 GASTROFESTIVAL "VERESHCHAGIN-CHEESEFEST".

Monastic products of the Nilo-Stoloben Desert and other producers. Theatrical performance, workshop on making mozzarella, quiz. Cheese tasting.

16:00 — 21:00 TOUR OF CHEFS:

— Pie with a centuries-old history "Seliger fish", Pozharsky cutlets, rye Seliger gingerbread. Masterclass of Maxim Syrnikov and Alyona Kuleshova.

— "Macaroni from Gagliani" — a dish from Pushkin’s "gastronomic" guide to his friend S. A. Sobolevsky. Andrey Sadovenko’s masterclass.

— Pike cutlets — a favorite treat for General Kuropatkin’s guests. Masterclass by Alexander Kleshchenko, "Kuropatkin’s" restaurant (manor-hotel "Seasons of the Year").

— Wolf’s Puffs in Staritsa — tea cakes from the Wolf family, which Pushkin loved. Masterclass by Zina Ovshtein ("Boneville").

— Brezhnev’s sausages according to the recipe of Leonid Brezhnev’s personal gamekeeper; Tver pirozhki; homemade morses and liqueurs. Masterclass by Sergey Uvarov (restaurant "Shosha").
