Uniting traditions: RUSSIA EXPO will host a Dumpling Festival on February 18
Almost
every nation in Russia has a culinary product in the form of boiled dough with
a filling. Keeping the general principle and traditions of cooking, dumplings
or pelmeni in Russian differ in the type of flour, molding, fillings and, of
course, names.
On February
18, the RUSSIA EXPO will host the festival "Will you Have Pelmeni?".
On this day a team of regional cooks of our country will organize a big feast
and educational gastronomic performance dedicated to one of the most widespread
dishes in Russia.

The first event to be held at the Russia National Centre, which is being established by the order of President Vladimir Putin, will be the International Science Fiction Symposium and Exhibition "Inventing the Future". The symposium will take place from November 4 to 6.
Tomorrow, the International RUSSIA EXPO will conclude its work. From November 2023 to July 2024, it was visited by more than 18 million guests.
