Almost every nation in Russia has a culinary product in the form of boiled dough with a filling. Keeping the general principle and traditions of cooking, dumplings or pelmeni in Russian differ in the type of flour, molding, fillings and, of course, names.

On February 18, the RUSSIA EXPO will host the festival "Will you Have Pelmeni?". On this day a team of regional cooks of our country will organize a big feast and educational gastronomic performance dedicated to one of the most widespread dishes in Russia.

Dumplings filled with pork giblets with mousse of Chuvash cheese and white cabbage / filled with young cheese with green onions / filled with sauerkraut with meat.
