Tasting of products of the only enterprise in Russia, which is engaged in extraction and deep processing of Arctic algae.

Masterclass will be held by Andrey Anikiev, chef of northern cuisine, brand-chef of the roomi restaurant, ambassador of the project North in the Heart.
14:20 - 14:30 DIRECT PRESSED JUICES FROM NORTHERN BERRIES
The tasting will offer a range of juices from cranberries, lingonberries, blueberries and the main storehouse of vitamins - cloudberries. The juice recipe is taken from ancient cookbooks, and thanks to the use of Swedish pasteurization technology all the useful properties of berries are preserved.

Tasting of natural marmalade made from wild northern berries and northern ivan-chai willow tea.
14:45 - 14:55 DAIRY PRODUCTS
Tasting of "live" dairy products from ecologically clean areas of the region is presented by Belozorie agroholding of the Arkhangelsk region.
14:55 - 15:15 ICE CREAM WITH THE NORTH
А workshop on making real northern ice cream will be held by Ksenia and Sergey Korneev, owners of the Juan Don confectionery in Arkhangelsk.
15:15 - 15:30 KOZULI PAINTING
А workshop on painting traditional northern gingerbread "kozuli" will be held by Yulia Popova-Onuchina, the head of the creative workshop Arkhangelsk Gingerbread. In the olden days the painting of kozuli was of a ceremonial nature. Today Arkhangelsk kozuli are beautiful, fragrant edible souvenirs, an excellent gift for any holiday or anniversary.
