The deadline for applications for the third hackathon of the "First Neurocontent Cup" has been extended
Applications for the special project "First Neurocontent Cup" of the presidential platform "Russia – Land of Opportunity" have been extended until 10 December. The project partner, the ANO "Development of Artificial Intelligence Technologies", will conclude a contract worth 500,000 rubles with the winners for the production of socially significant content. The third hackathon will be held on 15 December, on the opening day of the Krasnoyarsk branch of the National Centre RUSSIA. The organisers have set the theme of the third hackathon as "Russia of the future is…". Applications can be submitted on the official website of the platform.
"To ensure that as many talented content creators as possible can take part, we have decided to extend the deadline for applications for the third hackathon of the First Neurocontent Cup. I am certain we will see even more original creators who will expand the community of like-minded people developing projects about Russia of the future," emphasised Head of the Digital Projects Department of the presidential platform "Russia – Land of Opportunity" Daria Mikaelyan.
Participants aged 16 and over will be able to join the project, either individually or as part of a team. They must have basic skills in working with neural networks and video editing, as well as knowledge of specialised software and media experience.
Creators who pass the selection stage will take part in a team contest to produce videos using neural networks. Each team will demonstrate its ability to generate fast, high-quality content. Finalists will receive training under the professional development programme of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, "Leadership Development Programme for New Media".
The "First Neurocontent Cup" project is a contest in which participants create topical content about the country’s achievements using neural networks and other AI tools. The Cup helps specialists from various fields (designers, developers, content managers, scriptwriters, copywriters, videomakers, motion designers, AI creators and others) present themselves at the federal level and create a unique space for digital experimentation.
The special project is implemented in partnership with the Internet Development Institute, the National Centre RUSSIA and the ANO "Development of Artificial Intelligence Technologies".
The image of the Northern Lights at the National Centre refers to the rich cultural heritage of the peoples of the North.
The aim of the programme is to build a team for public service and development institutions of the Far East and the Arctic.
