Prosciutto and fuet, yogurt-based cheeses and cottage cheese baked goods: the delights of the Farmers Fair
This week, from March 5 to 11, farmers from all over the
country are once again ready to treat the guests of the exposition with
delicious natural products. Cheeses, noble sausages and dairy products of the
highest quality can be tasted and purchased in Pavilion 48.
For connoisseurs of meat delicacies, a brand from the
Belgorod region brought its products. A small artisanal production facility
creates real sausage masterpieces. And all thanks to the traditional technology
of fermentation with noble mold, in the cellar at a depth of 5 meters, at a
constant humidity of ±80% and a temperature of 15-16 ° C. This is the reason
for the flavor and aromatic similarity with European products such as:
Prosciutto, Coppa, Lomo, Bresaola, Cecina, Fuet and Magre. Guests will be able
to appreciate the interesting, unusual, complex flavors and aromas of meat,
poultry, fish and sausages.
The fair cannot do without a variety of cheeses. The
Vladimir region will present its unique cheeses with white and blue mold from
cow, goat and sheep milk with high quality indicators. The uniqueness of the
products is that they are made not on the usual cheese starters, but on yogurt
cultures with the addition of probiotics. Such cheeses can boast a more
delicate taste and bright creamy flavor, in addition, they are better and
longer stored, and better endure temperature fluctuations. And the most
important benefit of yogurt cultures with probiotics is the restoration of
stomach function, healing of wounds and introduction of helpful microflora, beneficial
effect on sleep and nervous system.
Also be sure to try products that are made from organic milk
from farms in the Ryazan region. Among the assortment you can find ryazhenka
from the Russian oven, kefir on natural kefir fungi, unusual flavored cheeses,
as well as a large number of cottage cheese and other sour-milk products.
