At the RUSSIA EXPO you can taste natural products from all over the country. The assortment is updated every week. Thus, from May 14 to 19 in Pavilion No. 48 delicious cheeses, dairy products and halva will be presented by the Ryazan, Rostov, Smolensk regions, as well as the Krasnodar region.

Family production from Ryazan once again pleases with home-made dairy products, cheeses and culinary goods made of ecologically pure milk from farms of Ryazan region, all products are made only by hand. Among the assortment you will find ryazhenka from the Russian oven, kefir on natural kefir fungi, unusual flavored cheeses, as well as a large number of cottage cheese and other sour-milk products. The main idea of the company is a natural product made with love and available to everyone.

Cheeses and dairy products were brought to the Fair by another favorite brand from Ryazan. Its specialty is milk of exceptional flavor. It is obtained from cows grazing on flood meadows where unique grasses grow. All products are produced exclusively from natural milk without the use of components of non-dairy origin. The assortment includes pasteurized whole milk and melted milk, fruit and berry yogurts, sour cream, kefir and cottage cheese.

Cheese factory from the Krasnodar region presented a variety of cheeses: semi-hard and hard, salty and soft, classic and with unusual additives: saffron flowers, sun-dried tomatoes and pine nuts. By the way, the products of the family cheese factory won the second place in the competition "Cheese Masterpieces of Kuban" in the nomination "Best Soft Cheese".

Also at the Fair you can taste author's cheeses from the Smolensk region. All products are made according to a unique recipe, created on the basis of the best developments of Italian, French, Dutch, Swiss and, of course, Russian cheesemakers. All the best traditions were taken as a basis and refined, so that completely new products that have no analogues were created.

And fans of sweets will surely appreciate the famous Rostov halva. It is a unique culinary treat: tender, juicy, with a bright taste and aroma. Such halva melts in your mouth and leaves a pleasant aftertaste.
