The gastronomic performance "Feast of Pies" will be held at the RUSSIA EXPO on January 27-28 at the House of Russian Cuisine. The best chefs from all corners of the country will introduce guests to the art of cooking baked goods with various fillings. 

January 27 

13:00 - 14:00 MOSCOW

Rasstegai, pickled pie and pirozhki with various fillings

Presented by: Alexander Volkov-Medvedev, chef of RUSKI restaurant, Moscow 

14:30 - 15:30 ARCHANGELSK REGION

Pomorie fish pie and kyozh (kissel) from northern berries. Presented by Kseniya Groshikova, chef of Terrasa cafe (Arkhangelsk) and host Nina Sorokoletova ("Pomor's dialect"). 

16:00 - 18:00 KHANTY-MANSI AUTONOMOUS AREA- YUGRA

- Sweet pie with bird cherry

- Pie "Hanteika with ide and roach fish"

- Shangi pastry with venison

- Sea buckthorn strawberry nectar tincture

- Caramel lingonberry tincture

Presented by:  Daniil Smirnov, manager of the U Kamelka hotel  (Kogalym), Nver Arzumanyan, chef of the U Kamelka restaurant , Alexei Guzenko, chef of the U Kamelka restaurant. 

Pie with smoked nelma, salted fern and dill

- Pie with lingonberries: shortcrust pie filled with frozen lingonberries, spruce butter, pine nut and sour cream.

- Cedar tincture with juniper

- Spruce lemonade

- Currant tea

The program includes: vocal-instrumental ensemble "Portraits of F Sharp", soloists Angelina Bezrukova and Ekaterina Burtseva.

13:30 - 14:30 REPUBLIC OF SAKHA (YAKUTIA)

- "Yakutsky" pie with omul

- Sweet pie with apples and lingonberries
