Tatyana Golikova to present the "Person" thematic block at the National Centre RUSSIA
Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Tatyana Golikova will speak about creating conditions in the country aimed at increasing birth rates and supporting the growth of large families. The National Centre RUSSIA continues its series of thematic programmes "Platform of the Future: 100 Projects of Russia", dedicated to the national development goals set out in Presidential Decree No. 309. The fifth event of the series will take place on 26 November.
Particular attention will be paid to existing measures of comprehensive support for families with children, as well as plans for introducing new programmes and assistance initiatives.
Tatyana Golikova will present the "Person" thematic block at the National Centre RUSSIA. The discussion will focus on projects implemented within the national goal "Preserving the Population, Strengthening Health and Improving People’s Well-Being, Supporting Families". These include: "Supporting Families with Children", "Professional Self-Realisation of SMO Veterans: Support and Employment", "Five Elements of a Long and Active Life", "Medical Science for People", and "Cultural Infrastructure for Families".
One of the key topics of the meeting with the Deputy Prime Minister will be support for participants of the special military operation and their families. Specific assistance measures will be presented, along with examples of what is being done to ensure that participants, demobilised personnel and veterans of the special military operation receive all the support they need. Central to the discussion will be projects aimed at their rehabilitation and successful reintegration into peaceful life.
Participants will also address important issues of public health, increasing life expectancy, technological independence and the development of innovation in Russian medicine. Tatyana Golikova and experts will discuss how accessible and high-quality medical care – including high-tech care – is becoming, and will present initiatives aimed at disease prevention.
The meeting with Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova will also explore the role of art in human life, the formation of spiritual and moral values and the upbringing of a responsible and patriotic personality. Participants will speak about the large-scale programme of modernisation and technical upgrades of cultural institutions, aimed at creating comfortable and modern spaces for cultural leisure for all citizens. Another important topic will be the integration of digital solutions into the sector and new opportunities for developing the creative potential of each person.
The moderator of the meeting, Director General of the Russian Public Opinion Research Centre, Valery Fedorov, will accompany the session with sociological insights.
The meeting with Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Tatyana Golikova will be attended by: Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation Anton Kotyakov, Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation Olga Lyubimova, Head of the Tambov region Yevgeny Pervyshov, First Deputy Minister of Healthcare of the Russian Federation Viktor Fisenko and People’s Artist of the Russian Federation Sergei Zhilin.
Veterans of the special military operation, representatives of the business community and members of the academic and cultural-educational sectors have also been invited to participate.
Two more thematic meetings of "Platform of the Future: 100 Projects of Russia" will take place before the end of the year. They will present key initiatives covering the social and infrastructure sectors, environmental issues, industry, the economy and culture. Presentations at the National Centre RUSSIA are delivered by project leaders and beneficiaries, as well as those supporting the implementation of these initiatives.
