12:00 - 14:30 Gastronomic theatrical performance of chefs of the Ryazan region (with participation of the Ryazan State Regional Puppet Theater)

 Turnip vareniki with sour cream, black currant sauce and "honeycomb".

 Kulebyaka with Ryazan pikeperch and porcini mushrooms (Gastrobar EAT).

 Goose of Kholmogorsk breed with apples and sauerkraut solyanka soup on goose fat stewed in Russian oven (Boutique Hotel Borovnitsa).

 Zucchini fritters with crawfish tails and smoked sour cream (Steak-house Sova.

 Stewed duck leg with millet porridge, caramel carrots and soaked lingonberries (Tavern Beliy).

 Sweet mushrooms with buckwheat and hog mushroom sauce; classic kalinnik (modern version); Grandma's kalinnik in cabbage leaf (Cafe Grafin, Cafe Stary Melnik).

 Ryazan karavay pastry with raspberry jam (Association of cooks of Ryazan region).
