A real feast of taste has been prepared for the guests of the RUSSIA EXPO in Pavilion No. 48. From May 28 to June 2, 2024 farmers from all over the country will present at the fair hard and soft cheeses made of goat and cow milk, original chocolate, berry and pumpkin sweets, as well as sausages and fish products.

Fans of the "CenturIno" brand from the Tver region will once again be able to buy authentic cheese made from the milk of free-range animals. The small farm can offer soft, semi-hard and hard cheeses, classic flavors and original recipes. The participant from the Moscow region under the brand name "Pelageya Cheese Factory" will also delight with quality and natural cheeses. Experience in agriculture and love for natural food help producers to create quality products without preservatives and stabilizers.

Moscow brand "Obaldini" will please with unusual products. The family confectionery manufactory likes to surprise, creating the most unusual sweets. For example, delicate melt-in-your-mouth creamy candies on a stick, stretchy toffees, crunchy caramel treats, as well as soft creamy, cheese and salted caramel.

And pumpkin lovers will surely want to try natural syrups and jams from "Kuma Pumpkin" producers from the Moscow region. Author Maria Kivachitskaya's gastronomic project is ready to reveal the full potential of this tasty and useful vegetable. The assortment even includes teas with pumpkin and pumpkin coffee. Production is based on artisanal technologies: manual preparation of ingredients, small batches of brewing, careful quality control of each jar.

Natural chocolate made by "bean to bar" technology, will be presented by a participant from Moscow under the brand name: "Sweet House". You can choose a bar for every taste, including those with unusual ingredients and fillings. 

And for those who prefer healthy sweets made of natural berries, the favorite brand from the Ivanovo region - Eco-farm "Shuya Berries" will bring its products. It is located in an ecologically clean place, the village of Mizgino, Ivanovo region at the threshold of the Nikolo-Shartomsky Monastery. Here they grow honeysuckle, strawberries, black and red currants, raspberries and sea buckthorn. The assortment includes more than 40 items: stewed berries, jams, confitures, juices, marmalade, freeze-dried berries. Our products are characterized by a high content of berries, complete absence of sugar or its small addition, as well as the absence of flavorings, colorings and preservatives.
