The All-Russian Festival "Business of the Young" was held at the National Centre RUSSIA
On November 30, the National Centre RUSSIA hosted one of the most significant events in the field of youth entrepreneurship — the All-Russian Festival "Business of the Young". The event was organized by the Rosmolodezh.Business track, the operator of the All-Russian Program for the Development of Youth Entrepreneurship, which this year included over 800 events across all regions of the country.
"We have been working toward this day all year, organizing more than 800 events, and today, I want to begin by thanking the National Centre RUSSIA for allowing us to be among the first to use this wonderful venue. This once again underscores the importance of youth entrepreneurship," said Dmitry Litvin, head of the Rosmolodezh.Business track.
The "Business of the Young" festival offers young entrepreneurs a unique opportunity to gain knowledge from experts and develop their own ideas. During the official opening ceremony, the winners of the "Young Entrepreneur of Russia" competition from across the country shared how their lives have changed since joining the project.
One of the festival's keynote speakers was entrepreneur Mikhail Grebenyuk, founder of the consulting company Resulting and creator of the charitable project for schoolchildren, Generation. He spoke about how to quickly organize and scale a business in Russia and highlighted the critical role of mentors in this process. Special attention was given to the concept of pursuing goals from what he termed a "superposition" to achieve lasting success.
"If you always keep the concept of superposition in mind, you will significantly increase your chances of success. It’s not just about what to do, but about where to be, what environment to immerse yourself in, whom to communicate with, how to keep your word, where and what to learn, whom to help and whom not to help, which Telegram channels to follow, and so on. All of this defines the superposition. And one of its key 'building blocks' is having a mentor," noted Mikhail Grebenyuk.
At the festival, young people participated in a rich program, including lectures and business case analyses by renowned entrepreneurs, business games, masterclasses, and other valuable activities. Participants learned about trends in small and medium-sized business development among youth, discussed opportunities and support programs for young entrepreneurs in 2025, evaluated family and social business projects, explored growth areas, pitched their business ideas and startup projects to investors, and received valuable feedback from business experts.
A significant highlight of the festival was the "Market of the Young," where participants showcased their own local brands.
The festival also featured award ceremonies for the winners of the "Young Entrepreneur of Russia," "Business.Mentors," and "Attraction Points" competitions, along with recognizing outstanding entrepreneurial projects. Additionally, the best regions for youth entrepreneurship development were celebrated during the event.
