The National Centre RUSSIA in the Krasnoyarsk region opens tomorrow!
On 15 December, the grand opening of the National Centre
RUSSIA in the Krasnoyarsk region will take place. This marks a new chapter in
the development of the city and the entire region. The venue will showcase new
horizons of cultural and economic development in the region, feature the unique
exposition "The Energy of People — The Energy of the Krasnoyarsk
Region," and serve as a venue for federal-level business events, cultural
occasions, and gastronomic discoveries. From 18 December, anyone can visit the
exposition free of charge by booking a guided tour in advance through the
official website.
"The Energy of People — The Energy of the Krasnoyarsk
Region" exposition spans over 5,000 m². It comprises 21 thematic zones,
each telling visitors about the history, culture, industry, and social
achievements of the Krasnoyarsk region. The main goal is to spark interest in
the region's historical, cultural, recreational, and industrial potential.
The exposition zone will include a variety of galleries,
such as:
— "First Impulse" — dedicated to the main areas of
economic development;
— "The Region's Depths" — about minerals and
natural resources;
— "Living Foundation" — about nature and agriculture;
— "Land of Impressions" — about the region's
tourism opportunities;
— "Strength in People" — about sport and health;
— "Soul of the Region" — about cultural diversity
and creativity.
In addition, the exposition will feature galleries of major companies
such as RUSAL JSC, Polyus PJSC, and others. This will allow visitors to explore
the cutting-edge technologies and achievements of the largest local companies.
The branch will also serve as a venue for cultural and
business events. A large multi-format hall, several conference halls, and
meeting rooms have been built here for hosting large-scale conferences and
business meetings.
On the second floor of the centre the Department Store
RUSSIA is situated. It will showcase the finest goods from the Krasnoyarsk
region and Siberia, as well as products from across the country. The food court
will offer dishes of traditional Siberian cuisine.
The branch's logo features a unique design. It combines two
symbols: the ancient Orkhon-Yenisei runic script and an old Russian initial
adorned with images of grayling fish. These elements not only reflect the
region's cultural legacy but also symbolise harmony and continuity — ideas
rooted in the yin-yang concept. The logo's colour palette includes shades of
blue, sand, and red. All of this creates a connection with the natural beauty
of the Yenisei River and the main brand of the National Centre RUSSIA.
A live broadcast of the grand opening of the National Centre
RUSSIA in the Krasnoyarsk region will be available on the venue's official
website. It will begin on 15 December at 16:00 Krasnoyarsk time (12:00 Moscow
time).
The National Centre RUSSIA was established by order of
President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin. The venue's goals are to
showcase the country's most important achievements, strengthen national
identity, foster a sense of pride in Russia among citizens, and develop
professional skills in children and young people.
