On December 17, the National Centre RUSSIA hosted a gala concert and awards ceremony for the winners of the All-Russian Song Contest for Composers "The Songs Our Mothers Sang to Us," dedicated to the memory of Mikhail Matusovsky and the 80th anniversary of Victory. The audience heard new songs set to the poet's lyrics, performed by renowned artists and orchestras, bringing together classical traditions and the work of contemporary authors.
