Traditional leather processing methods are used in the TARU workshop, which has been operating in Petrozavodsk since 1998. Like in the old days, masters decoratе their leather items with ornaments that have a deep symbolic meaning. In Karelia, where many people have been hunting and fishing since long ago, leather crafting was really well-spread. TARU artisans use the highest quality materials available and work by hand.
