Postcards illustrated with original author’s paintings

Postcards with thematic images were painted by Helen Lanina, an artist from Tambov. A watercolor painting "The Michurin apples" is used in one of the postcard designs. The story is associated with the name of the famous plant breeder Ivan V. Michurin and a picture of a wolf refers to a well-known "Tambov wolf". Another postcard, "Tambov potatoes and a wolf", is also associated with this character. One more illustration "Toys from Fedorovka'' reminds of the traditional Fedorovo ceramics.
