"Zhuan-xi lu" ("Records of the taught and the perceived") is one of the main philosophical treatises of the Ming Dynasty. It contains quotations and letters from the outstanding philosopher Wang Yangming, which were collected and edited by his students. It is believed that one should carefully study this work in order to perceive the wisdom of the heart.
