Teenagers from Krasnoyarsk ceremonially receive their first passports at the National Centre RUSSIA
Young residents of Krasnoyarsk received their first
passports in a ceremonial setting in the multifunctional hall of the National
Centre RUSSIA. The event is part of the all-Russian programme "We are
Citizens of Russia!" held by the Movement of the First. Similar ceremonies
are taking place across the country. The idea is to make the fact of receiving
a passport a significant moment for teenagers, a real step into their adulthood
and responsibility.
"The National Centre RUSSIA was established by order of
the President of our country, Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, with the direct
involvement of the region's Governor, Mikhail Mikhailovich Kotyukov. You are
among the first to be in this ceremonial setting today; you will be handed this
important document, which you will carry with you throughout your life,"
said Roman Odintsov, Acting Head of Krasnoyarsk.
Teenagers from Krasnoyarsk who have achieved special success
in their studies and public activities gathered in the hall of the National
Centre RUSSIA for the official receiving their first "adult"
document. Parents of many of them are currently defending the country's
interests in the zone of the special military operation.
Receiving passports at the National Centre RUSSIA in
Krasnoyarsk is a particular honour, as the achievements of the region and the
entire Motherland are presented here.
Supporting talented,
active, and enterprising youth is a priority of state policy. And the National
Centre RUSSIA is precisely the space where nationwide values are transmitted
and reinforced.
Residents and guests of Krasnoyarsk, students, and veterans of industrial enterprises became participants in the first guided tours at the new National Centre RUSSIA in the Krasnoyarsk region.
