Grand opening of the second Department Store RUSSIA at the National Centre RUSSIA will take place on 22 September

The flagship project of the National Centre RUSSIA will become another fashionable destination on Moscow's map, offering unique products from Russian brands that cannot be found in ordinary shops and that are perfect for giving memorable gifts to friends and colleagues. Visitors will also be able to enjoy speciality coffee and discover the country's cultural wealth through the aesthetics, traditions and contemporary comfort of traditional crafts.

The grand opening of the new space in the Western Foyer will be a spectacular celebration of unity with nature in the traditional Russian style. The programme will include: the presentation of a new autumn collection of colourful tableware and household items for cosy evenings; a demonstration of natural black caviar-based cosmetics; and a lecture by a perfume sommelier on creating fragrances using herbs from Altai, Crimea and Siberia. In the "Green Lounge", visitors will be offered unique signature drinks. Customers will receive a craft "Traveller's Passport", where they can collect stamps from the regions where the products were made.

The retail-and-exposition area in the Western Foyer will become the second Department Store space at National Centre RUSSIA. As in the first space, it will feature products from Russian manufacturers representing different regions of the country, including Dulevo porcelain, items decorated with Khokhloma, Gzhel and Zhostovo painting, Yelets lace, natural cosmetics, healthy sweets and much more. A special place will be given to a collection of clothing and accessories featuring quotes by Russian President Vladimir Putin, as well as Kotov's nevalyashka toys (roly-poly toys), which have become symbols of the National Centre RUSSIA and have already won the hearts of the Department Store visitors from around the world.
