introduction to the region’s culinary souvenirs.
Try the legendary black marshmallow "Voronezh
Chernozem" ("Voronezh Black Earth"), mammoth meat, and the
Buturlinovsky gingerbread. Visit "Literary Jam" to discover the
secrets of old culinary stories. And at the DNA bar "Chernozem
Genes", you will be able to sample unique cocktails — from the flavours of
prehistoric times to the technologies of the future.
A special series of nevalyashkas (roly-poly toys) in the form of Cheburashka was created specially for the International Festival of Youth — 2026 in Yekaterinburg.
Guests are already discovering Russian brands, trying their hand at making items themselves and becoming part of the large-scale "Nevalyashki" installation.
