Saint Petersburg will present the exposition through the prism of national projects
The Governor of St. Petersburg Alexander Beglov held a meeting on preparations for RUSSIA EXPO.
"Our main task is to present at RUSSIA EXPO the most significant changes in St. Petersburg in recent years. The main topic will concern the national projects — federal programs, that are implemented on behalf of the President of Russia. We need to present how they are realized in various areas and to showcase St. Petersburg as an important part of the country that interacts with the regions through national projects", — stated Beglov.
The exposition will show the city’s development plans, the Ostrov Fortov cluster, the transformation of the Gazprom Arena and SKA Arena stadiums, and the Western High-Speed Diameter. The "Was — Became — Will be" approach will be used to demonstrate the modern achievements of St. Petersburg.
"It is important to do this in such a way that every visitor can see and touch the products displayed, take part in interactive games and other events of the expostion", — the Governor emphasized.
