An accessory with character: a master class on tying head scarves was held at the National Centre RUSSIA

The master class on tying head scarves "Russians in fashion" was held on June 21 in the space of the Department Store of the National Centre RUSSIA. Participants got acquainted with the history and modern style of the Russian head scarf, mastered universal and author's ways of tying, received useful advice from stylists, and also learned how to turn a classic head scarf into a bright accent accessory that can not only be worn on the head or neck, but also, for example, used in addition to a belt.

"A scarf is one of the trendy accessories that really has now received a second life, and it is especially felt in spring and in summer, when a scarf can transform almost any outfit. It's like a little black dress: you can wear it relaxed or business-like, to the beach, to work, and in general to any event," said the host of the master class, teacher of the Higher School of Stylistics, Design and Technology, image expert with 25 years of experience, author of 13 books about fashion, color, style and clothes Inessa Trubetskaya.

During the master class, the guests had the opportunity to act as a model and get a personal consultation on how to pick a size and color of the scarf. The stylist paid special attention to how the scarf emphasizes character and individuality.

"The scarf will tell more about you than you think. For example, if you chose a leopard print, it means that you have a lot of drama, hidden cat grace and energy. If the scarf is more romantic, in delicate pastel colors, then you are set to a romantic and feminine mood. Therefore, the choice of a scarf is a purely individual story. If you have soft features, a round face shape, curved eyebrows, then I advise you to choose round shapes in features, prints and lines," Inessa Trubetskaya emphasized.
