Actor Mikhail Bashkatov became the voice of the Tomsk region at the RUSSIA EXPO
Popular Russian film and television actor, TV presenter Mikhail Bashkatov became the voice of the Tomsk region exposition at the RUSSIA EXPO.
Mikhail Bashkatov is a native of Tomsk, where his creative path began in the Tomsk State University KVN team "Big City Lights". Later Bashkatov became one of the founders of the KVN team "MaximUM", which performed in the Supreme League for several years and even won the first place in 2008.
Now the artist, known to the general audience from the TV series "Give Youth!", will voice the audio guide for the exposition of the Tomsk region. His voice will help the guests of the stand to learn more about the region and not to miss anything interesting.
The exposition of the Tomsk region is inspired by Alexander Volkov’s fairy tale story "The Wizard of the Emerald City" and is divided into areas "Mind", "Heart" and "Courage", each telling about the region’s achievements in different spheres: from economy to culture.
The International RUSSIA EXPO will be held in Moscow at the VDNH territory from November 4, 2023 to April 12, 2024. Each region of the Russian Federation will present its stand, where it will introduce visitors to the key achievements in various industries. Federal authorities, representatives of large corporations, public associations and foreign countries will also take part in the exposition.
