At the IV Congress of the Movement of the First, Deputy Director General of the National Centre RUSSIA Anastasia Zvyagina shared some interesting facts about organizing large-scale events and expressed her personal thoughts on motivation and successful work.

Speaking about the RUSSIA EXPO, Anastasia Zvyagina noted that this project was implemented by decree of the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, and was made possible through the collective efforts of the entire country.

"The RUSSIA EXPO is our President's idea, and it was carried out by the President's team — our entire country. The project succeeded precisely because we created it together. This included the Directorate, our partners, including the Movement of the First, as well as all ministries and agencies. When the whole country takes on a project together, everything works out," said Anastasia Zvyagina.

Special attention was given to the project's implementation timeframe, which required maximum engagement and efficiency from the team.

"Motivation is essential. The main rule is that you must love your work, be passionate about it. Only then will everything come together," said Anastasia Zvyagina.

According to Anastasia Zvyagina, the secret to successfully organizing events lies not only in structure and motivation but also in proper event coverage. She emphasized that the importance of promoting events through social media should not be underestimated: "If a project is not covered, it didn’t happen. That is the key."

Additionally, Anastasia Zvyagina shared recommendations on self-organization and motivation, highlighting the crucial role of physical activity in achieving goals. She also stressed the importance of balancing screen time with personal development.

"Put your phones aside. Read books. This helps develop both logic and emotions simultaneously, giving you more opportunities in life. Engage in sports," urged Anastasia Zvyagina.

In conclusion, the Deputy Director General of the National Centre RUSSIA addressed the audience with a call to keep moving forward and striving for continuous growth.

"Like Baron Munchausen, pull yourself out of any situation and take steps forward. Burn like a star, ignite those around you with your energy," said Anastasia Zvyagina.

From March 26 to 28, the IV Congress of the Movement of the First is taking place at the National Centre RUSSIA. The event gathers more than 2,000 participants from 89 regions of the country, including educators, mentors, members of the Coordinating Council, Board of Trustees, and Scientific and Methodological Councils of the Movement of the First, representatives of the International Association of Children's Organizations, and honored guests.
