Architecture, history and cool photos: night sightseeing tours are now available at the RUSSIA EXPO
It is a pleasure to walk around the Exposition during
the day. But a night walk in the company of an experienced guide who will tell
a lot of interesting things about the architecture and history of the
exposition objects can be equally exciting. Now the "Night Lights of VDNH" route is available for the guests of the exposition.
Participants of the new tour will see how the familiar
symbols of VDNH change with the coming of evening, as well as learn about the
way the space has been transformed since the beginning of the International
RUSSIA EXPO. The route was developed by the program of Rosmolodezh "More than a
Trip".

of the Peoples of the USSR" and "Stone Flower", large-scale pavilions "Agriculture" and "Culture" - there are
many architectural masterpieces on the territory of the Exposition. Moreover,
49 objects are even recognized as monuments of cultural heritage. And each of
them holds legends, stories and secrets, which will be revealed during the
excursion "Night
Lights of VDNH".
The route of the night excursion goes along the main
alley of VDNH. First, the guests will be able to appreciate the grandeur of the
main arch in the light of night lanterns. Then they will walk to Pavilion No. 1
- one of the most important and most monumental architectural structures. The
participants will also see the famous fountains, and by the end of the tour
they will be at Pavilion No. 34 - the "Cosmonautics and Aviation" Center.
On the way, the guides will entertain with interesting
stories and show locations where you can take the best photos to remember the
unusual night walk. Thanks to the new excursion, guests will not only immerse
themselves in the history of VDNH, but also learn a lot about the expositions
of the RUSSIA EXPO. That means they will be able to plan new visits to the
pavilions.

According to Andrei Melentyev, Russia already has recognisable features that distinguish its architecture.
Russia has designed the PD-8, an entirely domestic engine with imported components fully replaced, which has already been certified and is being prepared for serial deliveries.
The importance of the industry, the training of engineers and the development of next-generation equipment were discussed at the National Centre RUSSIA during the "Motherland Is People" meeting dedicated to technological sovereignty.
