When visiting a new region, tourists often aim to explore its history, culture, and attractions while sampling traditional cuisine. This latter goal can be achieved even at the planning stage of a future trip — in the cozy buffet of the National Centre RUSSIA.

Alongside the usual selection of salads, sandwiches, pastries, and beverages, the buffet features unique dishes designed to inspire guests to embark on an exciting journey across Russia. One such example is the "Vologda Syrniki." These delicious, tender cheese pancakes, adorned with bright forest berries, are served with sweet sauce and sour cream, delighting fans of this popular hot dish.

A pleasant anticipation of a vacation is sparked by the omelet poetically named "Pskov Morning." The dish is beautifully garnished with salad leaves and sun-dried tomatoes, accompanied by an aromatic slice of crusty baguette. It offers minimal calories, maximum benefits, and possibly a fresh idea for a family outing, as the Pskov region undoubtedly has much to offer.

The buffet at the National Centre RUSSIA, like its expositions, welcomes guests daily except Monday, from 10:00 to 20:00.
