Blogger Maxim Anufriev met with volunteers of the National Centre RUSSIA
Well-known blogger Maxim Anufriev held a meeting with the volunteers of the National Centre RUSSIA on April 13. During the conversation, the creator of socially significant projects for people with disabilities shared his experience with the participants. The blogger also spoke about his impressions of visiting the National Centre RUSSIA.
"Every time you come to the National Centre, it feels like the first time. And it doesn't matter whether you've already seen this exposition or not — it amazes you, takes your breath away," said Maxim Anufriev.
In his media work, the blogger pays great attention to the topic of traveling across Russia, which inspires him to create creative content.
"Russia is incredibly diverse. It's filled with stories and legends. The future of the country is one and the same for all of us. Whether you've been to Saint Petersburg, Kazan, or Vladivostok — each new city surprises you with something: its culture, customs, way of life, and, of course, its people. Russia knows how to amaze. Traveling across Russia helps clear the mind overwhelmed by information from social media. For me, travel is a way to rise to a spiritual level," Maxim shared.
In response to a question from the volunteers of the National Centre RUSSIA about where he draws inspiration from, the blogger said that the most important thing is to do your work with love and from the heart.
"People often think that I have a team of journalists working behind me. In reality, being a blogger is not just about sitting, smiling at the camera, and talking about yourself. Being a blogger means hard daily work, sometimes even around the clock. Yes, it’s not easy, but it’s also interesting and inspiring. That’s why I don’t complain — I simply do my job. And in this way, I can benefit society. That’s the most important thing. Creative ideas, ideas for posts — they come every day, every minute. But there is no universal formula for success. You need to stand out from the rest and bring something of your own. Give your all — in a way that you’re not ashamed of later," emphasized the blogger.
Maxim Anufriev is the author of the project Неограничен.рф. On this platform, he has gathered a wide range of services that help people with disabilities interact with computers for both work and personal use. The project was born after Maxim lost the ability to use a keyboard and mouse with his hands. Maxim still conducts training sessions in various formats on how to use the programs and software presented on the platform.
Volunteers of the National Centre RUSSIA shared with Maxim why they are involved in volunteer activities.
"Today is my first volunteering experience. I came today with my friend to help people. I’ll be working at the 'Journey Across Russia' exposition. I’ve visited it before — it’s very beautiful," shared a volunteer of the National Centre RUSSIA.
"I think that when you work as a volunteer, you can learn a lot about the people around you and about yourself. I really enjoy this feeling — discovering something new through this experience while also helping others. It’s a great way to combine the pleasant with the useful," shared another participant of the meeting.
"I want to volunteer to help people — I enjoy it, and I think it’s interesting. I came into volunteering to create, to make the world better and kinder. It’s a wonderful opportunity to take part in large-scale events," emphasized a young volunteer of the National Centre RUSSIA.
"You are all doing a great job. You probably don’t even realize it. You are the future of our country! And today I’m very glad to see such a future. I wish each of you more awareness. I advise you to follow the right examples to make the right choices. You are doing an important thing," said Maxim Anufriev to the volunteers of the National Centre RUSSIA.
At the end of the conversation, the volunteers presented the blogger with a commemorative group photo from the meeting. A second copy of the photo remained at the volunteer headquarters of the National Centre RUSSIA. As part of the visit, Maxim Anufriev also toured the "Journey Across Russia" exposition, where students of the Young Tour Guide School introduced the blogger to the beauties and achievements of all the federal districts of Russia presented at the exposition.
