On May 10, the Day of Records will be held at the RUSSIA EXPO under the auspices of the International Bogatyr Movement "World's Strongest Nation".

The event is timed to coincide with Victory Day on May 9. Athletes will try to set records, which will be listed in the register of the International Bogatyr Movement "World's Strongest Nation".

The strongest man of Russia in 2010 Sergei Kharlamov will try to set the record of Russia among veterans over 50 years old on lifting a bogatyr log to the maximum weight (starting weight — 140 kg, minimum step — 10 kg), and Ramil Ramazanov and Dmitry Logunov will claim the record of Russia and the world on lifting a pair bogatyr log (minimum weight — 260 kg).

In turn, Sergei Agajanian nicknamed "Russian Hulk" and Yuri Kolmakov will try to set a Russian and world record in stage extreme sports, destroying the maximum number of objects (frying pans, heaters, construction bolts and so on) in 30 minutes.

Exposition guests will also see Dmitry Samoilov and Roman Druzhinin's attempt to set a world record in pair pulling the Apollo Axis projectile while standing on a board with yoga nails (sadhu board). There are no analogues to this achievement, the weight of the barbell is starting from 400 kg.

Also, Dmitry Samoilov and Roman Druzhinin will try to set a Russian record for lifting a stone ball or a natural stone on the shoulder. The athletes will try to set a record for the number of lifts of a stone weighing 160 kg and a record for lifting the heaviest stone weighing over 200 kg.

Visitors will also see Konstantin Koldunov and Alexander Klokov attempting to set a Russian record for carrying two suitcases weighing 200 kg each at a distance. The minimum distance is 10 meters, and athlete Pavel Dudakov will try to set a Russian record for hammering slate nails into a board with his bare hands in five minutes.

The guests of the Records Day will also see a series of attempts to set Russian and world records for lifting a kettlebell with one arm from the shoulder. The weight for the right hand is 92 kg and more, for the left hand — 82 kg and more.

The records will be registered by a group of experts: the president of the International Bogatyr Movement "World's Strongest Nation" Mikhail Paller, the advisor to the president of the "World's Strongest Nation" on records and unique achievements Mikhail Ivanov, the face of the "World's Strongest Nation", an expert of the Russian Book of Records on strength directions Mikhail Shivlyakov and the curator of the development of the International Bogatyr Movement "World's Strongest Nation" in the Central Federal District Maxim Dvoretsky. Alexei Savchenko will be the technical director of the event.
